Being a quality oriented organization, we have considered quality as a major area for offering standardized products. Our entire range of products undergo stringent quality checks to ensure that the products are of the best quality.

BioExtract, is able to set quality standards for its products with batch to batch consistency and confirming to the customer’s specifications by the help of its well equipped Quality Control Department, which has equipments like HPLC, GC, UV etc.

All our testing equipments are periodically calibrated & validated by external agencies so that there no errors in the product analysis.

We develop and standardize our test methods based on the monographs published internationally. For testing the active in the extract, we use reference standards from internationally approved laboratories. We share our test method and working standard to our regular and long term buyers and also assist them in all their technical queries.

Research & Development

In order to provide clients with quality products, we have developed an efficient R&D unit, managed by a group of qualified professionals and researchers. This department help us in carrying out development activities for our existing products as well as for new product required by our customers. This department also guides us in selecting the best quality raw material for our production requirements.

Working upon the ideas and suggestions of our technical team, we improvise the techniques of extraction & processing of our products. Based on customer queries and requirements received through the marketing team, our technical team provides assistance to our customers for their queries related to product testing and applications.
